Investors in People is delighted to award Springboard, North East-based charity and training provider, We invest in people, Standard accreditation.
It means principles and practices around supporting people are in place and everyone understands how to use them to make work better!
Springboard provides a wide range of training opportunities through flexible study programme courses and Apprenticeships. Springboard offers hands-on training so learners can gain real-life experience. Springboard aims to support the development of sustainable communities where people have the skills needed for work and life.

‘The stand-out theme of this Assessment was Springboard’s people’s confidence that the charity was moving forward positively. This is as a result of effective leadership, good communication, and people being involved in taking forward new ideas and approaches… with a strong culture of mutual trust across the charity, supported by ownership and empowerment’
