Horticulture Tutor

The Delivery Officer role is the primary role Springboard uses in order to undertake its training work. Delivery Officers carry out a wide range of functions including developing, tutoring and assessing relevant high quality programmes to ensure learners achieve and progress into further training or employment.

Position: Delivery Officer – Horticulture

Responsible to: Study Lead

Salary range: £21,332 – 23,110

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Term: Non temporary

Closing Date: 12th March 2021

Location: Hetton Lyons Country Park, Hetton. (All Delivery Officer roles may have a peripatetic element due to the needs of learners.)

Leave: 25 days per annum, pro rata, subject to local conditions, plus statutory holidays.

Business Development Officer

Springboard are currently recruiting for a Business Development Officer focusing on Employer engagement for apprenticeship opportunities.

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and energetic individual with fantastic communication, networking and negotiating skills. You will be an experienced professional, familiar with Apprenticeships and Levy Funding. As an Apprenticeship Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing suitable employment opportunities for Apprentices and managing the process through to successful employment.

This is an exciting role that will serve as first contact for the organisation selling the benefits of the apprenticeship programme to potential employers whilst establishing positive relationships. The post holder will be part of the Operations Team; the role will require regular travel across the North East.
