How Does it Work?
The relational mentoring project is funded through the governments Levelling UP fund and over seen by the Wise Group. Springboard is supporting people to overcome challenges through the relationship with a professional mentor. The progression is evidenced so that their journey can help and inspire others. Our mentors invest their time, resources, knowledge and experience into building a compassionate, voluntary relationship so that in time the person can support themselves.
Each journey is unique to the individual and could include support with :
- Wellbeing
- Personal finances
- Housing support
- Energy advice
- CV writing, job search, volunteering and work experience
