Are you aged between 16-25 and fancy a new, exciting challenge with nationally recognised qualifications to help you gain employment!?
Springboard are currently looking for new recruits for our Prince’s Trust Team programme. The programme is a 12 week full time personal development programme, which aims to increase confidence, motivation and skills and as a result enables young people to move into employment, education or an apprenticeship.
The Prince’s Trust Team programme is a challenging structured 12 week programme, for groups of roughly 12-15 young people aged between 16-25. The programme begins with team building activities, before moving on to a team building residential at Allenheads Lodge in the second week.
The programme continues with teamwork on real projects within the community and work placements. It culminates in each team presenting its achievements to an invited audience and receiving their end of programme certificates.
It is a challenging structured 12 week program for groups of 12-15 young people aged between 16-25.
During the 12 week long course young people;
– Uncover hidden talents
– Assume responsibility for tasks
– Develop team-working and communication skills
– Gain awareness of the local community and how they can contribute to it
– Gain nationally recognised qualifications
