Some great work coming from our Sunderland Motor Vehicle learners last week. Last week we had two customer vehicles in the workshop both with broken coil springs. The learners tackled both vehicles in teams. One team working on a BMW X6 rear coil spring, and the other team working on VW Transporter front coil spring.
Both teams carried out a safety inspection and identified the problem. Then got down to the task of stripping down all components naming each part and its purpose. Then replacing the new coil springs.
Both teams worked hard to complete the jobs in a timely manner, so the customers could collect their vehicles the same day. Well Done team Motor Vehicle!
