Springboard are here to help you get an interview and help you to get the job you deserve once you’ve completed one of our courses. Employers will receive lots of CV’s for one vacancy; here we can share some helpful hints and tips to make sure your CV stands out from the crowd.

Interview Techniques & Tips

Interviews for jobs come in a variety of formats, face-to-face, panel interviews, telephone interviews and technical interviews. In some interviews you may be asked to do a presentation, and in other interviews it may just be a chat with standardised questions.

Pastoral Care

All Springboard learners have access to Pastoral Care, to offer advice and guidance with various issues. Our Pastoral Care officer can support in induction and throughout programme based on the students support needs, which are completely bespoke to each individual.
