Jenkins who has completed her Level 2 Adult Care Worker End Point Assessment today.
Caitlin has completed the exam and achieved a distinction!
Caitlin says; “I feel that my apprenticeship has gone really well. I have learned lots of new things and have developed personally and professionally. It wasn’t easy completing an apprenticeship during the lockdown and caring for individuals who were affected by covid was difficult. Gemma has helped me a lot during my time with Springboard and ensured that the teaching sessions still went ahead. I am now looking forward to completing my level 3 diploma and progressing to working as a senior carer.”
