Today our Level 1 HSC & CYPS group from Hartlepool
went
on a visit to W2 in Middlesbrough.
The learners have been learning about equality, diversity and inclusion and used today’s visit as an opportunity to taste new foods from other cultures.
“My favourite part of the trip was the Chinese food I had to eat and I tried the salt and pepper chips and they were really nice but a bit too spicy for me”
“I tried the salt and pepper chicken, I thought it was spicy but I really enjoyed it. My favourite part of today was being able to bond with the class as well as facing my own fears of social anxiety and trying a completely new social situation”
What a fun day out learning about different cultures!
