“Initially we were worried how the Covid-19 pandemic may affect business but in fact with our business in the majority being online we have faired reasonably well d
uring this period.
I contacted Suzanne who responded efficiently and quickly, arranging interviews (socially distanced!) with some really good candidates. We ended up offering apprenticeships to 3 young men who have made a strong start.
Everything has been completed remotely so far and the lads are in touch with their Springboard assessor who has set work via an online learning platform.
As a business owner, I am so proud that we are able to contribute by offering young people apprenticeship opportunities with good long term prospects, especially in these uncertain times.”
