Today is the final day of National Apprenticeship Week – we’re still celebrating the many success stories of our fabulous apprentices.
This is Angelica Bain who is almost at the end of her apprenticeship journey and is preparing for her End Point Assessment.
Employed by We Care Recruitment Solutions Ltd, she has mastered every part of her apprenticeship so far, producing amazing work and demonstrating excellent skills, knowledge and behaviors. She is motivated, mature and extremely hardworking.
Angelica started her apprenticeship supporting the recruitment consultants with admin, pre-screening and arranging interviews. She took to this like a duck to water and has recently been promoted to Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
On completion of her Business Standard, she hopes to progress to a successful career in recruitment and complete a higher or degree apprenticeship, or become a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and work towards a Level 4 Diploma in Recruitment Management.
The sky really is the limit for this amazing young woman!
