Our Construction qualifications run from our Pallion, Sunderland site. These qualifications are hands-on, which is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in a career in the construction industry, or for those individuals who are looking to expand their existing skills.
Learners on our Construction Multi Skills qualification will cover various aspects of the trade including construction, landscaping, paving, bricklaying and grounds work. You will also cover health and safety and short workshops in painting and decorating, joinery and general maintenance.
The Level One qualification is ideal if you are wanting to try your hand at a wide range of trade skills.
The Level Two covers topics including groundworks, including site preparation, digging, drainage system set up, concrete pouring, foundation laying and other essential aspects.
We also offer CSCS card training as part of this programme. *Subject to attendance.

Level 1 – Multi Skills Trade Construction
Our Level 1 Construction qualification is a Multi Skills Trade Construction 6 month programme, which will be tailored to each learner depending on level of entry on the programme. This is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in a career in the construction industry.

Level 2 – Certificate in Construction Operations
Our Level 2 Certificate is official recognition of the skills and knowledge needed to work in the construction field. Taught by expert tutors with a wide range of knowledge in the construction industry, this programme will allow you to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and / or a career as a general construction operative.
As part of the course you will have the opportunity to gain your CSCS card.
