N/A - An Apprenticeship is classed as full-time employment. You are employed by the employer as a full-time member of staff.

How will you be assessed?

An apprenticeship is a genuine job with an accompanying skills development program. Through your apprenticeship, you will gain the technical knowledge, practical experience, and wider skills you need for your job and career. You will gain this through a mix of learning in the workplace, formal off-the-job training, and the opportunity to practice new skills in a real work environment.

At the end of your apprenticeship, you will complete an End Point Assessment (EPA) carried out by an independent End Point Assessment Organisation. The assessment activities are designed to best draw out your knowledge, skills, and behaviors, whilst maintaining a rigorous and impartial assessment of your abilities.

Aims

A Hospitality Team Member can open doors across a wide range of areas such as Bespoke, Luxury Hotels and Restaurants to events companies.

I am currently completing my Level 3 Early Years Practitioner course. I have enjoyed my course, and having a more hands on approach to learning has allowed me to gain valuable and practical experience in my nursery setting, whilst also allowing me time to complete my work at home. I have been with Springboard for three years and have enjoyed my time with the members of staff who have helped me and I will miss them. I would recommend it rather than a college setting as most of my time on the course I have been in a school gaining valuable experience.
