Our employability courses are targeted to help you gain employment. We work with individuals and groups to prepare you for the world of work. Support can include personal development, interview skills and techniques, life stills, effective communication skills, improving self-confidence, CV building and application support.
Our employability courses are one week intensive pre-employment courses with guaranteed interviews with local employers. We offer CSCS card courses and other short employability courses, with guaranteed interviewed with local employers, that hopefully will lead to employment.
What do you need to apply for the course?
Entry Level – No previous qualifications are required for this programme, however, a pre-course interview will be required before a place is offered.
You must have knowledge of Maths, English and ICT. You must also not have an employability qualification.
Course Costs
Free if you’re 19+, unemployed and claiming benefits, or if you’re 19+, employed and earning less than 17k a year.
How will you be assessed?
You will be assessed via assessments and tests.
